New Emulite Bulk

New Emulite Bulk Explosive is an explosive in unpacked state. Although the existing cartilage explosive is not tightly loaded in holes, bulk explosive can be tightly loaded in holes to maximally improve the blasting power. Moreover, charging work is very convenient through the use of automated equipment used exclusively for charging of explosive along with shortening of charging time, thereby making it a 4th generation environment-friendly explosive product in bulk format that maximized applicability and economic value.
As an emulsion range explosive, it has outstanding waterproof and safety and is classified into tunnel and open area uses. It enables application with the highest efficiency by using exclusive equipment in accordance with the sites of application.

New Emulite 1000

It is an emulsion-based explosive with a large cross-section and excellent water resistance, making it an explosive dedicated to tunnel blasting that generates extremely little in the way of harmful gas.
Also, the loading density for each part can be controlled by automatic hose retractor (HRU system).

New Emulite 2000

Features
As a Bulk Explosive for open air, it is composed of a mixture of an ammonium nitrate fuel oil (ANFO) explosive and an Emulsion Explosive.
This is an explosive that is dedicated to open-air blasting, and is capable of maximizing blasting efficiencies with sharp improvement of power through an increase in density and explosion energy compared with ammonium nitrate fuel oil (ANFO) explosives.
It has excellent water resistance, uses automated loading equipment for convenient operation, and can also increase resistance wire and hole spacing by more than 20%, along with an increase of more than 40% in blasting effects compared with ammonium nitrate fuel oil (ANFO) explosives.

KINEX

Features

KINEX is a precision explosive for controlled blasts that has been developed to prevent over-break and minimize damage to parent rocks, and is produced for the purpose of tunnel blasting and stone blasting.
KINEX has a small cartridge diameter of 17mm, and has been designed to minimize damage to parent rocks via a sufficient Decoupling Effect, since the explosive can be positioned at the center of a hole through a special hole attached to the connection unit.
Additionally, it is an excellent product in terms of both economy and constructability, since operation times can be shortened through conveniently connection even in a long hole by using the connection unit attached to its rear.

KINEX-I

This is a precision explosive used for controlled tunnel and open air blasting which has been developed for the purpose of preventing over-break and forming a beautiful outer unit, particularly for planned tunnel digging. Since costs can be reduced via processes such as Shotcrete, due to excellent control power for over-break, its economy and constructability are excellent.

KINEX- III

This is a precision explosive developed for the purpose of blasting stones used for production of materials for architecture and landscaping, and high-quality stone can be produced by minimizing cracking of parent rocks upon blasting.

New KINECKER

Features

New KINECKER is a product that can minimize noise and realize optimum constructability and economy in downtown areas requiring micro-vibration blasting and in fields in which civil complaints may be anticipated.

Since New KINECKER uses patented low-velocity explosives and can maximize Decoupling Effects using a special container to form a 2-layer Air Gap, blasting vibration due to initial shockwaves transmitted to bedrock in the hole are sharply reduced, and abnormal explosion sound phenomena minimized by maximum suppression of the explosion rise phenomenon in hard rocks.

New KINECKER-I

This is a product developed as a low-explosion velocity explosive to allow micro-vibration blasting even in fields in which security objects are proximal, and allows more effective reduction in blasting vibration and noise due to formation of is 2 free faces.

New KINECKER-II

This is a micro-vibration product comprising New KINECKER-I upgraded by one stage, developed to allow sympathetic detonation by one detonator using a patented connection cap. Its connection is simple, and equipped with both workability and economy.

New ANFO (Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil)

Features

This is used most widely worldwide as the most economic explosive available, commonly used in large-scale quarries or limestone mines. The detonation velocity of ANFO varies according to the diameter of the blast hole, reaching a maximum speed of 4,400m/sec for blast holes of 250mm, and allowing the most suitable use for hole diameters of 75~250mm in a dry state.
Since ANFO is vulnerable in water resistance, waterproofing is required when there is water in the blast hole. When water is absorbed in an open blast operation in the field, blasting power is reduced, with occurrence of orange and brown-colored smoke. Additionally it is an explosive with no cap sensitivity and insensitive priming sensitivity, and as such requires a booster.

ANFO Charging System

.
ANFO Mixing Truck
Since this can be charged automatically via immediate manufacturing in the field using a dedicated vehicle, charging times are shortened and workability is excellent. It is used for convenient workability and increased blasting effects using tight charging in limestone mines and large-scale bench blasting.

ANFO-Charging Vehicle for Tunnels
This is a special vehicle dedicated to tunnels which mounts an ANFO charger, and can improve economy and constructability due to safe and convenient operation and shorter charging times through automated equipment.

ANFO Charger
This is a mobile ANFO charger that is widely utilized in blasting fields for horizontal holes such as in mountain area and tunnels, shortening charging times and allowing easy charging operation. By using compressed air from a compressor to inject ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosives in bored holes, instrument operation is very simple.
